Anti-Resonance Application of Rubber Air Spring in Shakeout Machine
It is a convenient and reasonable method to use the clamping force (expansion force) of the air spring to control and prevent resonance, and its clamping force is superior to other anti-resonance methods, such as rubber damping blocks, steel spring dampers, etc. .
Install air springs on both sides of the body of the inertia vibration shakeout machine, and then use compressed air as the internal pressure. During normal vibration shakeout or shakeout conveying, the pressure decreases and decompresses. When the shakeout machine stops and shuts down, the internal pressure suddenly increases and maintains A certain pressure will form the expansion and clamping effect on both sides, so that the resonance phenomenon will be reduced to a minimum value until the machine stops. Similarly, when the shakeout machine is started, the internal pressure is moderately increased, and the clamping force is maintained at a small state. After a few seconds, the shakeout work tends to be normal.
