Preventative Maintenance Air Springs
1. Check the air spring outer diameter. Check for irregular damaged cracks
2. Check the air pipe. Make sure there is no contact between the air tube and the outer diameter of the air spring.
3. When the air spring is at its maximum outer diameter, check whether the gap around it is sufficient.
4. Check whether there is accumulation of foreign matter on the outer diameter of the piston
5. The correct suspension height should be maintained.
6. The height valve (height control valve) plays an important role in keeping the entire air spring system working as required. Clean, inspect or replace if necessary.
7. Check whether the shock absorber is installed correctly, and check whether there is oil leakage and whether the end connecting parts are damaged.
8. Check the tightening of all mounting hardware (nuts, screws)
