Industrial air springs play a key role in packaging machinery.

They are mainly used for shock absorption, buffering, leveling and precise positioning. They can significantly improve packaging efficiency, protect product integrity, and extend equipment life.

When the packaging machine runs at high speed (such as filling, sealing, labeling), it will generate strong vibrations, which will cause the packaging material to deviate, affecting the sealing accuracy; liquid/powder product spillage (such as beverage, milk powder packaging); mechanical structure loosening, reducing equipment life. Install air springs under the base of the equipment or key moving parts (such as turntables, conveyor belts) to absorb high-frequency vibrations (50~200Hz).

Under irregular loads (such as packaging boxes of different sizes/weights), the packaging machine is prone to tilting the equipment, affecting transmission accuracy. After installing the air spring, adjust the air pressure in real time to keep the equipment level.

The rapid start and stop of the packaging machinery or the collision of materials (such as canning lines) will generate impact force, which will cause product damage (such as glass bottles, fragile items) and wear of mechanical parts (such as guide rails, bearings). Install air springs at key impact points (such as the end of the conveyor belt and the gripping position of the robot arm) to provide flexible buffering.
