How to Maintain Air Springs
1. Check the outside diameter of the air spring. Check for irregular cracks
2. Check the air pipe. Verify that the air tube does not have any contact with the outer diameter of the air spring.
3. When the air spring is at the maximum outer diameter, check whether the clearance around it is sufficient.
4. Check whether there is foreign matter accumulation on the outer diameter of the piston
5. The correct suspension height should be maintained.
6. The height valve (height control valve) plays an important role in keeping the entire air spring system working as required. Clean, inspect or replace as necessary.
7. Check whether the shock absorber is installed correctly, and check whether there is oil leakage and whether the end connection parts are damaged.
8. Check all mounting hardware (nuts, screws) for tightness
