FAQ
① Regarding temperature:
Our standard industrial air springs have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C.
② Regarding stroke:
Full stroke = maximum height - minimum height. The minimum compressed height is not the natural height, as the natural height can still be compressed.
③ Regarding minimum height:
The minimum height is adjusted based on air pressure. For example, some springs are at their lowest height at 1 air pressure. You'll need to purchase an air pressure gauge to test this. Different weights will result in different air pressures, but they can all be adjusted to their lowest height.
④ Regarding maximum load:
When fully loaded, the air spring will be compressed to its lowest height. Heavier weights will cause it to be compressed lower. At this time, when the air pressure is 7 kg, maximum air pressure + maximum load = minimum height. Air springs should never be used above their maximum load.
5 Regarding outer diameter:
The factory height is unsealed and requires inflation. The maximum outer diameter is generally a good reference. The factory outer diameter and height are not a guideline and will change as air pressure is applied.
