  • Highly Efficient Vibration Isolation & Damping: Uses the elastic deformation of compressed air within a flexible rubber bellows to absorb and isolate massive unbalanced forces and violent vibrations generated during the spin cycle. Provides a very low natural frequency, achieving vibration isolation efficiency over 95%.
  • Automatic Leveling & Balancing: Via an integrated height valve or electronic control system, it monitors and adjusts the air pressure in each spring in real-time to keep the machine perfectly level.
  • Protection of Equipment & Infrastructure: Greatly reduces shock and vibration on bearings, seals, and structural components, extending the service life of the entire machine.
  • Enhanced Spin Performance: Excellent damping allows the machine to safely reach a higher spin speed (high G-force), extracting more water and reducing residual moisture content.
