The Composition Of Reversible Sleeve Models Rolling Air Spring Element Has The Following Aspects-GUOMAT

❶ screw bolt / Stud - Produced as a permanent part of the Cover Plate assembly for maximum strength and durability. It is used to attach the air spring to the vehicle’s suspension system.

❷ Combined link rod / Combo Stud – Used as the dual purpose of installing the air spring to the suspension system and providing the air inflation.

❸ Cover Plate - Curled up to more durable bellows design and the largest quality control in the factory. Allows 100% of the leak test before shipment.

❹Rubber Bellows - Air Bellows includes four layers of materials: an inner layer, two layer cord - reinforced fabrics, and a cover. Construction of a natural rubber provides – 65F functional properties.

❺ Bumper block / Buffer block - Solid rubber or engineering plastic device designed to prevent major damage to the vehicle or suspension in the event of a sudden loss of air pressure in the spring.

❻ Bottom Piston - Provides a low installation of air spring. To control the pressure in a changing under the load characteristics of spring.

❼Piston Bolt - Connecting the piston to the bellows. Sometimes extensions as an additional vehicle suspension spring.
