Automobile air springs are generally installed in today's cars, but air springs are parts that are easy to wear. When the air spring is worn out, we need to replace the air spring in time to avoid accidents. Due to the natural aging of the rubber, small cracks will appear in the circumferential direction. If the fabric layer is exposed in the crack, it needs to be replaced regardless of the size of the exposed area.

How to properly replace and install the air spring?

1. First press the upper end stop with the thumbs of both hands, squeeze the middle part of the airbag inward with four fingers at the same time, and compress it down to about the width of one hand;

2. Place the compressed air spring between the piston and the top plate, and make sure to place the label of the capsule skin upward;

3. Secure the lower port to the annular seat on the piston and the upper port to the annular seat under the top plate. During the entire installation process, protective measures must be taken to support the frame and axle to prevent the body from slipping and causing injury to personnel;

4. Pressurize the air spring so that its upper and lower ports fit precisely between the top plate and the piston. The port will slide into place with a quick "snap".

5. Lower the vehicle, the air spring will automatically roll down along the piston. Finally the installation is over.
