How to Replace and Install Air Springs
Due to the excessive load of the truck empty spring, it is easy to cause wear and tear. With the increase of use time and the influence of the environment, the rubber of the air spring will age, which will lead to cracks and leakage of the fabric layer. So we had to replace the air spring. After we have selected the air spring of the truck, we can replace it according to the following steps:
 
Step 1: Press the upper end stop with the thumbs of both hands, squeeze the middle part of the airbag inward with four fingers at the same time, and compress down the width of one palm.
 
Step 2: Place the compressed air spring between the piston and the top plate, with the bag number and label facing up.
 
Step 3: Fix the lower port on the annular seat on the piston, and fix the upper port on the annular seat under the top plate.
 
Step 4: Pressurize the air spring so that its upper and lower ports fit precisely between the top plate and the piston, the ports will snap into place with a quick snap.
 
Step 5: Lower the vehicle, the air spring will automatically roll down along the piston, that is, the installation is complete.
