The air spring is actually an air bag composed of a rubber/wire mesh layer, which can accommodate a certain volume of compressed air cylinders. The rubber bladder itself does not provide force or support the load, but the air cylinder within it bears the load.

GUOMAT air springs are spring airbags manufactured with high technology, with special metal sealing covers designed at both ends. Our company's standard two-wire mesh layer air spring airbag is actually composed of these layers:

•The first layer of fabric reinforced rubber applied
at a specific angle.
•The second layer of fabric reinforced rubber which
is laid to a specific angle to the first layer.
•The cover to protect the bias fabric plies.

Many of our company's air springs also have high-strength constructions that can withstand high pressures. In this case, either four-ply reinforced rubber layer is used, or two layers of special high-strength wire mesh layer, one inner lining and one outer covering layer are used.
