Usage

1. Suitable for crack repair, ship hatch sealing, granary warehouse sealing, building expansion joints and other building complex parts, especially suitable for steel structure lap, sealed waterproof operation, color steel roof, glass roof and other kinds of roofing waterproof, repair project.

2. Widely used in roofing, basement, toilet and other waterproof engineering, and can be applied to the paving of vertical wall and pipe (except heat pipe), bridge and other complex environments, especially for non-fire, dark fire waterproof project.

3.  With the vast majority of material bonding,,it is not only bond strong with cement mortar, but also iron, plastic, brick, glass and other surface bonded firmly to ensure that the adaptalility and flexibility.

 Istallation Instruction

1. Before applying the hatch covertape, clean the surface to which it is to be applied thoroughly and make sure that the hatch cover is free of any salt from the swa-spray.

2. The surface must be dry beforce tape application.

3. In cold weather conditions use a torch to heat up the tape to achieve a better adhesive performance. The flame should be applied to the black surface after removing the release liner. Be careful not to use the torch in a fire danger areas.

4. Immediately after heating apply pressure to stick the tape onto the surface before the tape cools, This which will ensure optimum adhesive.

Storage and transport:

This tape should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, to prevent the sun and rain.Different types, specifications of the tape should be stacked separately.Stacking height should not be more than 5 layers.

When transport should be placed flat, shall not be tilted or cross pressure, to prevent the sun and rain.
