Note: We use flour as the test material and all the capacities are measured at the 4 meters conveying distance.
The longer conveying distance the lower conveying quantity, also the capacity and materials have a great relationship.
Installation
1. Fix the hopper of conveyer on the inlet of receiving device. You need to install flange or shelf to fix the vacuum hopper if the receiving device (e.g.Packing machine) is very high. Connect all the parts.
2. Connect power. You should use “Three-Phase-Five-Wire” system. “Working-0” is for control the circuit, and “Protection-0” is for safety. Another function of “Protection-0” is eliminating the static interference which will cause the system shut down. So “Protection-Zero” is necessary.
3. Put Φ6 compressed air tube to the inlet(on the filter valve), then adjust the filter valve and ensure the pressure is above 0.6mPa. Connect the compressed air joint on the pump to the joint of vacuum hopper according to the drawing.
4. Powered on. Feeding time and unloading time on the control panel is available, and the system is in the status of standby.
5. Adjust the feeding/ unloading time. Set the feeding time in 10s to 30s, and unloading time in 2s to 6s by touching the adjustbottoms..
6. Push ON/OFF and power on the whirlpool pump. Check the rotation direction of pump. Ensure the running direction of pump is correct.If the rotation direction is opposite, please modify the power lines.
7. Push the ON/OFF, power on the whirlpool pump, and put the suction into the materials that the feeding cycle is beginning. A whole working cycle contains feeding and unloading(including back-blowing action). The conveyer will go on running until the receiving device (e.g. packing machine) is full of materials. (The light of level meter is available)
8. When material is below the level meter of receiving device, the pneumatic tee will rotate automatically. The system turns to unloading cycle until all the materials are unloaded. In order to protect the motor and avoid the frequent start-stop, the whirlpool pump will keep on running during the whole working cycle.
9. Friction will generate static interference during the conveying process. In order to eliminate static interference, you could consider doing the safety earth connection to the equipment.
10. Vacuum Conveyer uses the new type of film covered filters. This type of filters could increase the capacity of device and extend the service life.It is critical for the capacity of vacuum conveyer to clean the film covered filters. To clean the filters, please follow the suggestions as below:
a) Blow off the dust attached on the surface of filters by compressed air;
b) Clean the surface of filters with warm water under 80oC, or after a short soaking. Use the soft brush clean the filter. The hard brush is forbidden, because it may influence the filtering accuracy.
c) All the filters are ready to use when dried. Filters could be dried naturally. Also you could put the filters into oven below 50oC.
