Hydraulic cylinder tube is the honed tube used to produce and repair hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders.

Hydraulic cylinder tubing usually is produced by honing method or skiving & roller burnishing method, using “Suitable To Hone” Cold Drawn Seamless Tubes, so it is known as honed cylinder tube also. The machining method of the honed cylinder tube is determined by the size, mold available and the request of the customer.

Our honed cylinder tubes usually are made from grades SAE 1020, SAE 1026, E355 and ST52.3. Omong these materials, the material EN10305-1 /E355 is the most popular steel grade.

We also produce honed cylinder tubes in other materials on customers’ request.
