Our factory produces high quality honed tube with wide range of materials and sizes. This product is widely used as hydraulic cylinder tube to produce hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders.

Honed tubing from our factory is mostly produced from either honing or skiving & roller burnishing process, using Cold Drawn Seamless Tubes that are "Suitable To Hone." The specific method used for the honing process is dependent on factors such as the size of the tubing, available molds, and customer requirements.

Materials:

The most popular steel grade of our honed tube is ST52.3, which is equivalent to E355, we also produce honed cylinder tubes in other materials on customers’request.

Size Range:

I.D ranging from 32mm to 762 mm and imperial sizes ranging from 1.25" to 30".
