Stauff type Twin series pipe clamps / Double pipe clamps according to DIN 3015 part 3:

1) Size range:

Galvanized steel stauff type double pipe clamps are fit for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -42 mm

2) Structure:

Assembly including twin type cover plate, welded plate, twin clamp bodies (2), high strength bolt.

Rail clamps (T-G3 series) available: cover plate + double clamp body(2)+ bolt + rail nut, installed on channels or rails.

Stackalbe Clamps (T-G6) available (max. 5 layers): Stacking Bolts + double clamp body + safety locking plates.

3) Material:

Cover Plate: Galvanized steel

Welded Plate: Galvanized steel

Bolts: High strength galvanized steel

Clamp Body: Polypropylene(PP) / PA (Polyamide) / Aluminum(AL)

4) Working Temperature:

PP -30 centi degree up to +90 centi degree in dark green colour

PA -40 centi degree up to +120 centi degree in dark colour

Alu. for high temperature application.
