1) Size range:
fit for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -102mm
2) Structure:
Rail nut pipe clamps (L-G9 series) : cover plate + clamp body(2)+ bolts(2) + rail nuts(2), installed on steel mounting channels or rails.
3) Materials:
Cover Plate: Galvanized Carbon steel(mild steel) / stainless steel(304/316)
Rail nuts: Galvanized Carbon steel / stainless steel (304/316)
Bolts: Galvanized carbon steel / stainless steel (304/316)
Clamp Body: Polypropylene(PP) / Polyamide(PA) / Aluminum(AL)
Excellent UV, weathering and chemical resistance – even under extreme conditions.
4) Working Temperature:
PP -30 centi degree up to +90 centi degree in dark green colour
PA -40 centi degree up to +120 centi degree in dark colour
Alu. for high temperature application.
