China Honed steel tubes for hydraulic cylinder tube and pneumatic cylinder tube

Younglee’s tube factory is also one of the first class China honed tube manufacture.

Younglee’s hydraulic cylinder tubing is produced using our “Suitable To Hone” Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS). The honing process involves using abrasive polishing stones and abrasive paper to remove small amounts of material, to produce extremely precise ID dimensions and improved finishes.

Younglee’s honed tubing mostly is made from grades SAE 1020, and SAE 1026 and ST52.3, other materials on request.

Our Length of honed tubes can be up to 12000 mm.

Our honed tubes are produced by honing process and SRB process depend on your preference.

Younglee’s Honed steel tubing is mainly used for hydraulic cylinder and pneumatic cylinder manufacturing, and our honed steel tubing is ready to use for hydraulic cylinder tubes without any further ID machining.

Besides Honed tubes, our factory also produces Chrome plated bar, this product is also used for manufacturing hydraulic cylinders.

Hard chrome plated bar is another main product of our factory, this product is known as hydraulic chrome plated rod also, it is mostly used to manufacture and repair the hydraulic piston rods. Our chrome plated bar is produced from steel round rod by high precise grinding, polishing, and chrome plated to a certain thickness on the external surface, the thickness of chrome plated layer is usually min. 20 microns. The material of the chrome plated bars of our factoy can be carbon steel as CK45, and stainless steel grades 304, 304L, 316, 316L. The available sizes of our chrome plated bar is from diameter 6 mm to 800 mm, we also provide imperial sizes accordingly.
