Our factory's honed tube is produced by honing process or skiving & roller burnishing process, using “Suitable To Hone” Cold Drawn Seamless Tubes. The type of the processing is determined by the size, available mold and the request of the customer.

Our Steel Honed tubes mostly is made of high quality carbon steel grades ST52.3, SAE 1020. The raw material steel mother tubes are from top quality China steel manufacturer.

Inner Diameter Range: 32 mm to 800 mm;

Length: random length and fixed length available. Max. length 15m.

Tube Straightness: max 1mm per 1000mm;

Manufacturing method: Seamless, Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled, Cold Drawn

Delivery Condition: BK, BK+S

Inside surface Roughness: Ra 0.2μm to Ra 0.4μm

Inner diameter Tolerance: ISO H7,H8,H9

Protection: Anti-rust oil on inside and outside surface, plastic caps in both ends.

Packing: Bundle with steel strip and PE sheet or wooden case
