This is a gantry-type CNC chemical fiber cutting machine, suitable for processing carbon fiber, polyester, glass fiber, aramid and other materials. It precisely cuts various fibers into short fibers for reprocessing. Equipped with a precision CNC feeding and electric control system for accurate positioning, the cutting length ranges from 1mm to 100mm.

1.High cutting accuracy: Utilizing servo drive and CNC system, the cutting length error can be controlled within ±0.1mm, meeting the processing requirements for fine fiber products.
2. Strong adaptability: It can be compatible with various fiber materials such as glass fiber and aramid fiber with different hardness and toughness. By changing the cutting tools and adjusting the parameters, it can meet the cutting requirements of different specifications.
