This line has been designed in order to make the processing cotton waste simply, many customers claimed that they use too many machines to process the cotton dropping, linter, card fly, blow room waste etc. with high consume of electric and human, but the output fiber is still not well.
This new line solved the problems, that make the cotton waste processing very easy, and you can choose by manual or auto operation.
For the recycler, there have three type, the cylinder size from 1000-1500mm for choice, after cleaned by the cleaner, then feed to the recycler to clean again and card the fiber.
