Stainless steel extruder screen packs are made from wire mesh cloth that used for the plastic melt filtration and polymer extrude. The round extruder screen include with borders and without borders, from single layer to multi-layers. And compressed edges also offered. The shape we can design are round, square, rectangle, kidney shape, oval, and other special shape.

Material: Woven wire cloth of stainless steel 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310. single layer and multilayer
Weaving type: plain weave, plain dutch weave, twill weave, twill dutch weave, fire heddle weave, reverse dutch weave.
Shape: round, kidney shape, oval, and other special shape.
Mesh count: usually 20mesh - 650mesh, and 2800 mesh dutch weave can be offered.
Dia. of wire mesh disc screen: from 5mm to 600mm
Thickness:0.1mm to 6mm
