large diameter filament winding carbon fiber tube with high strength

The filament winding wound carbon fiber tube is made by T700 carbon fiber and epoxy resin, The angles used in the winding process makes the final carbon fiber product an excellent choice for torsion applications, Sanded surface make the final carbon fiber tube a tight tolerance for the outer diameter. The surface carbon fiber angles can be texture for a beautiful looking.

Our present filament winding  machine can produce diameter max 500mm, Length max 2 meter  filament winding carbon fiber tubes. A new machine will come to our workroom soon,It can support max 1000mm, Length max 4 meter.
