There are two kinds for producing fiberglass tubing, One is roll wrapped process,It raw material is fiberglass prepreg;Another is filament wound process, This process use fiberglass+ epoxy resin to produce fiberglass tubes.

Here we  show one of our products -semi-tranparent frp pipe. This semi-transparent frp pipe performance is very good, When you see from outside,You can inside's products. This semi-transparent frp pipe's strength is at least 3 times than Aluminum.It weight only 75%  of Aluminum. Non-conductive,Corrosion resistance.Good weatherability, It have longer service life . It can replaced aluminum pipe or steel pipe at many areas.for example, Air container/tank etc.

Fiberglass tube/frp pipe can bearing temperature max 220℃,It size can be customized according to clients request. 

If clients don't have special request for the temperature, We will supply the fiberglass tube/frp pipe bearing temperature max 120℃.

1. Tell us the size of carbon fiber products, Include Length, diameter, width and thickenss etc. if you have specific requirements ,Pls let me know. It is better that you have a file/drawing(.dwg /.stp/.igs format ) to describe your request.

3. You received the price and arrange samples to us.
4. We will prepare sample for you, Normally it will need about 3~7 working days. Then we deliver sample to you for test
5. You received sample and test ok. Then arrange formal order to us.
