Carbon fiber prepreg made sheet/plate are multiple layers of unidirectonal carbon fiber  laminate at 0 and 90 degrees.  The surface can be 3K twill or 3K plain weave with high glossy/matte/rough finish according to clients request.

Carbon fiber prepreg made sheets have advantages as follows:

• High strength and stiffness with low weight
• Excellent fatigue resistance
• Dimensional stability: Low to Zero CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion)
• X-Ray transparency

So it can be used for the following applications:

• Light weight strong structural components,for example UAV drone,bridge panel,airplane panel;
• Replace other material to increase strength,for example wall, bridge pier;
• It good performance for X-Ray transparency,So it can used for Medical radiation equipment lying board

Carbon fiber sheets/plates can be customized.  for example 300*300mm,400*500mm, 500*500mm ,1000*6000mm etc.Max size: 3000*8000mm.
