Production processes: By die casting, drilling, polishing

Chair arms quality standard: Horizontal direction bear Min. 80KG force, Vertical direction bear Min. 150KG force.

-Dynamometric wrench (1-6N/M,division value 0.1) 

-Weight: 0-300KG

-Spline (for tighten)

Testing Aim:

-To check the 4patas right and left arms can bear Min.80KG horizontal pulling force.

Testing process:

1.Machined 4patas with drilled through hole(dia. 6.5) in middle.

2.Fix arm in checking tool by screws, tighten torque 5N/M

3.Connect with rope, spline, weight

4.Tightening spline to Min. 80KG

Test Result

Above parameters just certify the arms can bear Min. 80KG, pass the strength test for american market.
