Here, we will introduce how a zinc metal zipper head be made.

*First, we should have a good designer to design zipper pullers and sliders.

*Second, we should making molds for zipper pullers and sliders.

*Then, we need used zipper injection machine (zinc alloy injection machine, hot chamber die casting machine) fix with mold to do die casting works.

After the casting works, we will get zinc zipper sliders & pullers part from each mold.We will use shacking machine to separate the every parts.

*Then, use zipper head assembling machine to fix slider and puller together.

*Last, we will get a finished zipper head.

*After that, we can do plating work,make the zipper head more bright and beautiful.
