Metal zipper puller & slider making machines and processes

After the casting works, we will get zinc zipper sliders & pullers part from each mold.We will use shacking machine to separate the every parts.

*Then, use zipper head assembling machine to fix slider and puller together.

*Last, we will get a finished zipper head.

*After that, we can do plating work; make the zipper head more bright and beautiful.
