The peanut sieving and grading production line is mainly used for grading uneven peanut into several even sizes peanut. For instance round peanut can be graded into 25/35,35/40,40/50,50/60,60/70,70/80 and the long shape peanut can be graded into 24/28,28/32,34/38,38/42,45/55.

Principle : the grading will be dome by replacing the sieving meshes. The line can remove impurity ( for example stone, metal, soil block, red skin , dust and so on), grading and selection.

The line with high efficiency, non-damaged, low noisy and convenient operation.

Components : lifting part, removing stone part, sieving part, distributing part and selecting part.

Process : feeding -- first grade elevator -- destoner --second grade elevator -- main sieving machine -- conveyor -- sieving machine auxiliary -- distributing system -- conveying and selecting -- finished products.
