Product Description:
The new iqualitrol HV-5/10/30/50AEHY automatic turret Vickers hardness tester adopts high-speed ARM processor, intuitive display, friendly human-computer interaction, and easy operation;
The fuselage is made of high-quality cast iron for one-time casting, combined with the car paint treatment process, the shape is round and beautiful;
The test force is loaded and unloaded electrically, and the closed-loop feedback is performed by a pressure sensor with a precision of 5‰, and the high-speed ARM processor controls and can automatically correct the test force;
Automatic turret function is configured;
Convenient operating system, which can automatically convert the unit of the full hardness scale;
The maximum and minimum values of the hardness value can be set, and when the test value exceeds the set range, an alarm will sound;
Optional CCD image processing system, and optional Knoop indenter for Knoop hardness measurement;
Configure a wireless bluetooth printer, and output data through RS232 and USB interfaces;
The accuracy complies with GB/T4340.2-2018 ISO6507-2 and American ASTM E384.
