The iqualitrol HQGZ-250P precision flatbed cutting machine uses a touchscreen and PLC controller, providing stable performance and real-time display of cutting parameters.
The Y-axis automatically feeds during cutting, offering high positioning accuracy, a wide speed adjustment range, and strong cutting capability.
The cutting chamber adopts a fully enclosed design with a transparent protective cover for observation during cutting. It is equipped with a circulating cooling system, ensuring that the cut specimens have a bright, smooth surface without burning.
HQGZ-250P is especially suitable for precision cutting of materials such as PCBs, electronic components, ceramics, crystals, hard alloys, rocks and minerals, concrete, organic materials, and biological materials (teeth, bones), making it an ideal choice for a desktop automatic precision cutting machine.
