Brief Introduction:
The iqualitrol HBMS-3000D main body and workbench use precision casting technology, making the structure robust, rigid, accurate, reliable, and durable.

HBMS-3000D has a gantry-type frame and uses an advanced industrial PC control system with powerful functions and rich interfaces.

Based on CNC machine tool design principles, the XYZ three axes are driven by servo motors.

Featuring fast response, high operational accuracy, low noise, a highly integrated control system, compact structure, strong anti-interference capability, and low failure rate.

For batch parts, relying on fixture positioning, it can automatically detect set coordinate points, with an automated testing process.

The indenter features laser positioning, automatically measuring indentations and displaying hardness values without human operation errors. It uses an iqualitrol self-developed high resolution independent load control system, with accuracy meeting GB/T231.2, ISO 6506-2, and ASTM E10 standards.

Scope of Application:
HBMS-3000D can be used to measure large automotive parts, oxygen cylinders, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, various annealed and tempered steels, as well as most factory-supplied steels.

It is also suitable for testing softer metals such as pure aluminum, copper, lead, tin, zinc and their alloys.

The Brinell hardness test offers high measurement precision, good repeatability, and representativeness, making it an indispensable hardness measuring instrument in mechanical metallurgy and metrology departments.
