iqualitrol UNIPOL-820 metallographic grinding and polishing machine is mainly used for grinding and polishing metal materials. This machine can be equipped with a pressure ring or a magnetic adsorption method to place sandpaper and polishing pad, and the work operation is more stable.

The magnetic adsorption is mainly to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional card-polishing fabric pleating. The polishing fabric with the pressure-sensitive adhesive is attached to the polishing film and then adsorbed on the magnetic sheet. Secondly, the replacement of the sandpaper and the polishing pad is more convenient.
