As refractories, hex steel mesh’s characteristics are flexibility, high strength, and erosion resistance. Hex mesh is excellent for refractory linings in furnaces, reactors, cyclones, ducts, and flues. Hex steel is put to use in many industries including power plants, chemical industry, cement plants, steel, petroleum, power generation and so on.
The flexibility of HESLY’s Hexmesh allows it to be rolled, and easily conforms to circular shapes. It is recommended for use when placement is spaced from the steel shell to allow room for thick insulation between the metal shell and the armoured surface.
