Press-locked steel bar grating is often desirable because its smooth look, clean and excellent support. It exhibits the same strength, long life and openness as welded grating. Materialsinclude mild carbon steel and stainless steel. It is also available in a serrated surface for extra safety.
Spacing range can be custom designed to meet the requirements. This method of manufactureing is particularly flexible that it allows for the production of grating with custom bearing bar spacing. Small quantities can easily be manufactured to suit the precise needs of most applications.
Model of HESLY Pressure Locked Grating
Type A: It is the standard pressure locked grating and it is the most popular in market. Both the load bars and cross bars have the same specifications. For this type of grating, the load-bearing capacity is the same for the horizontal and vertical directions.
Type B: The depth of the cross bars are usually smaller than the bearing bars. Generally, it is half of the bearing bar, even 1/3 of the bearing bar.
Type C: The cross bars are not vertical against the load bar, there is an angle between of them. It is popular in sunshade grate.
