Pressure Locked Steel Grating
Pressure Locked Grating is often desired because of its neat appearance, smooth clean lines, durability, and its excellent lateral support. Permanent locking is achieved by hydraulically pressing two closely-toleranced slotted bars together. These gratings offer more flexibility in design than any other grating type.

Welded heavy duty gratings are designed to service applications subject to heavy rolling and static loads such as highways, plant floors, loading docks, inlet covers, and airports. Antislip version of HESLY Steel Grating
When need slip resistance there are different versions. The anti-slip combination of bearing and cross-bars have an influence on the corresponding class (R10-R13).

Materials & Finishes
Welded Bar gratings are manufactured in carbon steel and 300 series stainless steels. Carbon steel products are available bare (no finish), painted with manufacturers standard paint, or hot dip galvanized. Stainless steel products are available mill finish, commercially cleaned or electro-polished.
