400G BASE-DR4 OSFP Module 1310nm EML Laser 500m Transmission
OSFP-400G-DR4 transceiver is engineered for 400Gb/s network applications with a maximum transmission distance of 500 meters. This fully integrated optical transceiver utilizes 4-level pulse amplitude modulation (PAM4) format, transmitting and receiving optical signals at an aggregated data rate of 425Gbps over four 1310nm lanes, each operating at 106.25Gbps. Compliant with OSFP Module Specification and RoHS standards, it efficiently uses only four electrical channels.
