OSFP-400G-DR4 400GBASE-DR4EML PIN 1310nm 500M MPO-12 OSFP Transceiver
The OSFP-400G-DR4 transceiver is designed for use in 400Gb/s network applications with a maximum transmission distance of 500m. This fully integrated optical transceiver uses 4-level pulse amplitude modulation (PAM4) format to transmit and receive optical signals with an aggregated data rate of 425Gbps over 4 lanes at 1310nm, each running at 106.25Gbps. Compliant with OSFP Module Specification and RoHS standards.
