Floating Oil Seal Appliion

Designed for use in transmissions, pumps, axles, wet braking systems, axles, rollers, and final drives; these seals are developed using special cast iron materials resulting in extraordinary wear-resistance. Mechanical Face seals have proven beneficial in gearboxes, mixers, stirrers, wind-driven power stations as well as other appliions requiring maintenance-free lifetime sealing.

Method of installation Floating Oil Seal :

 

1.Usingspecialized equipment installation: The pressure will apply to the O-ringdirectly. As shown, the special tool is placed between the metal hole ring and the rubber ring, towards the seat hole, the rubber ring is pressed evenly into the hole.

2. Other methods: An auxiliary O-ring is fixed between the sealing surface of the floating oil seal and the C-ring (as shown). The floating oil seal ring is applied equally by pressure and auxiliary O-ring braces. Sealing the O-ring to ensure other mounting positions.
