A:Non standard fasteners-Customized requirements are accepted!       
If you need fasteners are not showed on website,you can send mail of requirements,that include name,size ,surface treatment and material information.we will reply you as soon as possible.      
      
      
2.How do I create a online Quote Request?

3.Is it availble of large or small OEMs?      
A:We serve both large and small OEMs!and We offer customized design for our end user.      
      
      
4.How about sample and molding policy?      
"A:For fasteners listed on our website,and we still have the sample in stock .we will provide free sample to u.For non standrad fasteners you should pay the molding charge.Any way . the molding charge will pay back to u when confirm the roder,and reach the MOQ .

5.What's the next step after order special fasteners?      
A:Order step:  

1.Detail of item confirmation :according to customer's request and we also can give your suggestion and design service. 2.Sample:After confrim the order,we will start to make sample,final sample have to pass customer's demand and your approval

3.Production and Delivery:advising the production status through mail ,phone or video to let customer konw the information.      
      
      
6.What about the Payment terms?      
A:Accepted T/T deposit in advance,balance before shipment.
