Installation & Replacement Guide

1. Clean shaft & housing thoroughly, remove ink, paper‑dust and old grease.
2. Remove old bearing by bearing puller, apply force on correct ring only.
3. Press‑fit method: apply force only on inner ring (shaft fit) or outer ring (housing fit). Never hammer rolling elements / cage.
4. Hot mounting: heat bearing to 80‑100℃ by induction heater, NO open flame.
5. Fill proper high‑temperature grease (1/3‑1/2 cavity volume).
6. Rotate manually to check smooth running; run‑in without load for 5‑10 min.
