Instructions:

Printing stock:

1.In order to increase the confidentiality,It would better use the light-proof material.

2.By the way, you must avoid to use the absorbency as printing stock.

3.In purpose to make the scratch off effect better, you can print the UV gloss op varnish fisrt, then print the scratch card ink .Besides, If you print on the high quality coated paper, you also can get the better effect.

Base layer printing requirement:

1.While you use offset printing method to print the Lottery ticket which logo or number, if you over using the spray powder will make embossing effect.

By the way, If you can not total cover the logo and number while you print the scratch printing ink, you suppose to clean up the spray powder or do not use it.

2.Before printing the scratch off card ink ,the offset printing layer must be total dry. Otherwise, the ink layer will be soften by the scratch off ink. What’s worse, the logo and the number will exposure. The base layer must enjoy well drying then print the scratch off ink.

3.If you use PP lamination ,you can print the scratch directly. (No offset printing ,No spray powder.)

Screen printing material:

The thickness of the scratch off ink is higher ,we can scratch it off much easier.
