Rule

1.Metal and stainless are not alow to use as steel wash up blades. 

2.The drying method play and imortant part in mirror effect.   Heat drying is the best idea in mirror ink printing.

3.The enviorment humidity is very significant. it will control the ink drying time.

4.Before pritning,you need to Make the ink fully mixing.

5. In order to get a better mirror effect ,you can print a layer of special cover ink on it, if you want to print other color on the mirror ink, you need to choose special ink, you also can print varnish before printing other color

6. Advice printing the ink well and thin,and don't repeat printing the ink

 mirror ink is a recent launched solvent-based screen ink which applicable to most of the transparent and opaque substrates, plastics like PET, PC, PVC, acrylic, glossy paper and glass surfaces. This product allows visualizing the Mirror Effect on opaque substrates like we did by traditional foil stampings. Customers can tailor-made own graphics by screen-printing, gravure printing or spray coatings.
