Description
This is a 21000 series proximity-probe housing assembly (aluminum housing) configured with a 3300 XL 8 mm reverse-mount proximity probe (with connector protector), a short factory cable, and explosion-proof conduit fittings. The 21000 housing family
is an all-metal assembly (dome cover, sleeve, O-rings, probe sleeve, thread seal, optional conduit fittings and standoff adapter) intended for external mounting so the probe and extension cable are accessible for gap
adjustment or replacement without disassembling the machine. The 21000 series (and the stainless 24701 variant) is offered with
hazardous-area (CSA / explosion-proof) approvals for use in classified locations.
