Description
the safety of esc (electronic safety circuit) is 2 computer assisted security system. it shall monitor continuously all connected, essential for safety components. in case of faults or interrupting the safety circuit the voltage supply system switches off the drives and thus causes them stopping the robot.
The ESC system consists of the following components:
- Plate CI3
- KCP (Master)
- KPS600
- MFC (passive node)
The ESC system with the node's periphery replaces all standard connectors
classic security system.
The ESC safety system monitors the following entries:
- Local EMERGENCY SWITCH
- External EMERGENCY SWITCH
- User protection
- Confirmation button
- Drives OFF
- Drives ON
- Working modes
- Qualifying entries
