RFID Tag Conversion Station integrates RFID reader, tag stripper and waste paper cabin. Through software, it automatically convert barcode to RFID tag and automatically strip , it also can read and write RFID tag.
Operating Steps
- 1.Use M3 butterfly nut to adjust optical fiber head and keep about 5mm from separator, then tighten butterfly nut;
- 2.Twisted and loosed M5 handle, remove fixer and pull out inserted link from main roller. Then place label into label roller and one end around in turn roller A, main roller as clockwise (as below). Insert link, preload label, insert fixer (it will be appropriate when fixer touch label, as moderate tightness make label rotate easily), tighten M5 handle.
- 3. Regulate two roller rings on roller A and put one on left and another one on right end of label. Also keep moderate tightness, such as 1mm on each side are moderate. (Roller rings are to keep label in the middle position).
- 4. Connect with power cable, USB line, and turn on switch.
