RL153 is a PC-linked non-contact smart card reader/writer developed on the 13.56MHz Contactless (RFID) Technology and followed the ISO14443A Standard. This USB RFID reader realizes the function of transiting the data from reader to PC via USB Port. The user has no need to download any driver program. You just plug it to USB Port for normal working.
