Description
The tension testing, rolling and straight machine is necessary equipment in circular saw blade manufacturing process. This machine is consist of two parts, rolling and testing, it is a special equipment which integrated with technology of computer, laser measuring, positioning, hydraulic and pneumatic etc, and featured with simple appearance and easy operation.
This machine is mainly apply to circular saw blank run out testing, tension testing and straightening, and the basic structure include ten parts, machine base, tension apply mechanism, rolling part, circular saw blade rolling support, measuring device, additional device,run out testing system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electric system.
