Festo Type Air Source Treatment Unit XOF Series
The XOF series air source treatment unit with water separator effectively cleans compressed air by removing fluid oil, condensation, and dirt particles. For specialized applications, the standard 40μm filter element can be easily replaced with a 5μm filter element for finer filtration.

Applications
O series air service units install between the air compressor and pneumatic system equipment, positioned close to pneumatic system components. The air preparation units include filter regulator lubricator (FR&L), filter regulator (FR), filter (F), regulator (R), and lubricator (L) configurations.
These units maintain steady pneumatic system pressure through air regulation, preventing sudden air source pressure changes that could damage pneumatic system components. The filter cleans air sources by separating water and other impurities, effectively improving air medium quality. The lubricator supplies lubricant to the pneumatic system to ensure smooth operation and significantly extend the service life of pneumatic system components.
