KKP Series Quick Exhaust Valves are widely used in pneumatic systems at the highest points, turning locations, or anywhere air may become trapped. They quickly exhaust shut-in air to maintain system pipe throughput and ensure smooth, safe component operation.
For optimal performance, install between the cylinder and directional control valve near the cylinder. This allows cylinder exhausting directly through the exhaust valve rather than through the directional control valve, effectively improving cylinder working speed.
