For example, in large warehouses, forklifts can quickly move goods from the storage area to the shipping area, improving the operational efficiency of the entire warehouse. ​
(II) Improve space utilization

The powerful stacking capacity of forklifts enables warehouses to develop in the direction of multi-layer shelves and high-bay warehouses. By stacking goods at a higher position, the vertical space of the warehouse can be fully utilized, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the warehouse. In some modern stereoscopic warehouses, forklifts can accurately place goods on shelves more than ten meters high, realizing the maximum utilization of space. ​
(III) Reduce the rate of damage to goods

When carrying goods, forklifts can operate relatively smoothly. Compared with manual handling, they greatly reduce the damage caused by collisions, falls and other reasons, improve the safety of operations, and protect the integrity of goods. For some fragile and valuable goods, the advantage of forklift's smooth handling is more obvious.
